For Many years now I have provided local coach companies in NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, BEDFORDSHIRE, LEICESTERSHIRE, CAMBRIDGESHIRE and MILTON KEYNES areas with a professional service

Rates:
FROM 16.25per Hour
WeekDay Rates:
Monday 0600hrs to Friday 1759hrs
WeekEnd Rates:
Friday 1800hrs to Monday 0559hrs
FROM 21.00 per Hour
School AM/PM Contacts:
Equal to 3 hours pay per contract (Minimum)
London Rates:
Within the M25 Orbital
From 2.50 Extra per Hour
Private Hire Rates:
A minimum of 10 hours will be charged for a Private Hire/ Full Days booking
I charge 10 hours for REST DAYS when away from home on UK and Continental Excursions/Tours
Cost of living Increases As of 23rd March Each Year
I may increase the hourly rates on all contracts

How I Work
I work on a first come - first served basis ( 1st September - 31st May)
Please note that between 1st June and 31st August
I will ONLY take bookings for FULL DAYS ... (Min 10 hours)
Step 1: Check Availability above to make sure that I'm not booked (Calendar kept up to date...daily)
Step 2: Text or Email me with date(s) that you want to book, I will ask you to email a work ticket or details to me, When I receive that email I will book the date(s) off on calendar and confirm by text or email
Step 3: On the day of booking I will arrive at your yard, collect the vehicle, do the DW, Go do the required work/job, Return your vehicle back to your yard, Clean inside and out ( If equipment is available for use) Fuel up and park up vehicle in designated area, then return to you /office
Step 4: INVOICING - On the 24th of that month, you will be sent (Email or postal) on PDF Invoice for all worked carried out up to that date with out of pocket expenses ie Parking, Extra Fuel etc.
Step 5 : PAYMENT- I ask you for payment by B.A.C.S to clear in my account by NOON on the date on Invoice

Cancellation Fee :
As already shared with you I run on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED BASIS & I DO NOT like letting people/companies down. I can not remember the last time I had to cancel a work/job contract with someone, BUT have been cancelled on a number of occasions recently, ( Some very short notice) So I have had to bring a cancellation fee in, It comes into affect if you book me and then cancel.

The fee is as stated below:
* less than 24 hours before hand Full cost of work/job booked will be billed to you
* 25-47 hours before hand 3/4 cost of work/job booked will be billed to you
* 48-71 hours before hand 1/2 cost of work/job booked will be billed to you
* Over 72 hours before hand - NO CHARGE
